Arizona Gold Rush welcomes Demeeka Jones, a University of Houston Cougars star athlete. Demeeka is currently ranked #21 in the nation in the 110 hurdles. Demeeka will demonstrate and perform hurdle drills to all potential hurdlers on Monday 6/27, Tuesday 6/28, and Thursday 6/30. Start time at 5:30pm.
